These fabulous graters are made in Japan from aluminium. With tiny sharp teeth they are perfect for grating ginger, wasabi, garlic or turmeric. They are large enough to fit easily in the hand. The first style can be laid over a bowl to catch any juice (the metal is perforated) while the second style has a bowl at the bottom to catch liquid and pulp.
