Hand forged iron spoons with a lovely burnished black finish. Beautiful tactile pieces that are a joy to use or just admire. Smaller than those silly giant novelty salad servers but oh so practical!

These have been finished with a food safe coating but this may wear off with use and washing. We suggest giving all our metal cutlery a wipe over with a food safe oil after use, hemp, rice bran or coconut oil are all good suggestions for this. Please remember that iron can rust so always clean and dry after use. Just like carbon steel knives they will develop a patina with use and if they ever do get rusty it is simple to gently clean them to remove the rust and then oil to give a protective coating.
