A classic two piece enamel butter dish with plate and cover in white with a blue rim. It fits a 250gm block of butter. Enamel is the original non-stick coating, it is non porous and inert and safe to use.

Please remember while enamel is a tough coating it can also chip. This does not stop the dish from being useable, we think chipped enamel just has character! If you are someone who likes their kitchenware pristine then enamel may not be for you (but you will be missing out on an amazing cooking experience!). The mild steel base in coated and baked in multiple layers of enamel to create an amazing cooking surface that convects heat exceptionally well.

** Please be aware that if we are mailing these pieces we will try to pack them as safe as possible with a generous amount of cushioning but enamel has a life of its own and may chip even with the best packing. Of course it is still safe to use!
