Harley knitwear can be dry cleaned, which is ultimately what they recommend.

If you prefer to wash at home, please hand wash only in cool to hand-warm water in a wool friendly detergent using the measurements specified on the bottle. Dry flat and gently reshape whilst still damp.

Please note wool does not need to be washed as much, because it naturally resists moisture and bacteria.
